Terms and Conditions

We (Threadway Embroidery) reserve the right to challenge, edit, or cancel contracts if any of the below is voided by you ( the customer/client).

Artwork Rights

Threadway Embroidery holds no responsibility for use of copyright or trademarked artwork. All artwork is used on a commisionary basis and clients are responsible for securing the rights to use images.

In commissioning a swag order for your company or show, you as the lead contact are responsible for ensuring all necessary permissions are gained and no copyrights or trademarks are violated.

Threadway Embroidery holds the rights to use artwork on finished physical products only, and to share images of those physical products on business social media for personal promotion.

All images are optimised for embroidery and print in house. Minor edits may be made to an image to make it appropriate for embroidery or print, and samples will always be produced on request.

Exclusivity

Show swag access codes must not be shared outside of approved company members without permission, and swag must not be sold on outside of show company. If given reason to suspect access codes have been shared externally, Threadway Embroidery may cancel or challenge orders.

Threadway Embroidery does not permit use of any designs by other businesses, nor share embroidery files.

Password protected order pages will remain active for around 1 year after the initial deadline or end of show run unless otherwise instructed. This contract remains active as long as order pages are active.

Deadlines & Delivery

Deadlines must be agreed before orders can be opened. Order deadlines are fixed and any orders made after the deadline will be produced at a later date and charged a shipping fee.

Deadline batch orders will be shipped together to the lead contact. Individual shipping can be arranged subject to cost.

Delivery dates are estimates and may change depending on size of orders. Threadway Embroidery cannot guarantee delivery dates or times when using couriers.

Threadway Embroidery will choose the most appropriate courier based on size, weight, and value of orders. Threadway Embroidery is responsible for ensuring items are appropriately packaged and insured, however cannot control delays, damages or losses by shipping couriers. All issues must be raised as soon as possible and we will try all avenues of resolving problems if they arise.

Prices and Payments

Threadway Embroidery may increase or decrease prices periodically based on supplier and running costs. Product prices on open orders will not be affected. Prices outlined on product examples pages are a guide only.

Payments for orders and invoices must be made in full before production is commenced. Delayed payment may result in delayed delivery or cancelled orders.

Data Protection

Threadway Embroidery holds personal details in an encrypted server for 1 year only, after which all details are cleared automatically from our servers.
Personal details including names, emails, contact numbers, and addresses will only ever be used in relation to current orders. Key usage includes – order clarifications, order updates, and postage

Threadway Embroidery collects only necessary personal details, and you have the right to request a copy of the information we hold, or removal of personal details at any time, free of charge.

Details are never shared unnecessarily with third party users.

Any known breach of data will be reported to affected customers and supervisory authorities within 72 hours.

Returns/Refunds

Returns policies detailed below are in alignment with the Consumer Rights and Protection act.

Returns must be raised to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product, and returned to me within 30 days. Orders can only be cancelled if production has not yet commenced.

Personalised and custom made products are unreturnable for a refund. In cases of product faults or errors, replacements will be offered in the first instance.

Non-personalised items may be returned for a refund, you (the customer) are responsible for returns postage and items must be appropriately packaged for safe posting. Products must be returned unworn, undamaged and in re-saleable condition.

Items bought on clearance with known imperfections will not be eligible for refund.
